Lexington Homes Starts Sales at Lexington Oaks of Palatine
Chicago-based Lexington Homes announces that two new townhome communities are open in northwest-suburban Palatine. Lexington Hills of Palatine offers 41 townhomes in north Palatine at Lake Cook Road and Route 12. Lexington Oaks of Palatine offers 15 townhomes near downtown Palatine. Located on Lake Cook Road a quarter mile west of the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Route 12, Lexington Hills of Palatine will be near Deer Park Town Center shopping complex and adjacent to Deer Grove Forest Preserve. Located on Northwest Highway/Route 14 a quarter mile west of Smith Road and a half mile east of Quentin Road, Lexington Oaks of Palatine will be on a wooded site near downtown Palatine, less than a mile from Palatine’s central business district along Northwest Highway and the Palatine Metra station. The community will offer two-story townhomes in two floor plan designs with two to three bedrooms, 2½ baths, basements and two-car garages. One floor plan features a first-floor master bedroom suite. Both designs offer large backyards and decks. Based-priced from $336,990, homes will measure approximately 1,684 to 1,817 square feet.
